It effectively solves common defects including uneven gluing, material waste and product delamination.

Matched with XD-Z50L hot melt unit, the machine adopts dual-frequency conversion and 10-channel zoning temperature control for stable long-hour glue supply. The fully insulated spray gun avoids glue solidification and blockage. Modular nozzles and filter components simplify maintenance, while built-in waste blowing and precision slitting ensure burr-free, flat finished materials.

Working Principle

Materials are electrically unwound and automatically corrected for deviation. After precise hot melt spraying, materials are laminated with upper-layer substrates, thermally pressed, pneumatically slit, and finally servo-wound. The full closed-loop process achieves unmanned, consistent batch production.

Product Manufacturing Schematic

The 400mm small fiber spray gun features a fully enclosed thermal insulation structure. Its single nozzle is a 25mm combined type, with two optional nozzles: small spiral and small fiber. The spray sheet thickness is 0.3mm, and the spray hole spacing is 7mm, allowing easy maintenance. The minimum glue output per square meter is adjustable within the range of 5-20g.

Shelf Section

1. The main frame is integrally made of 25mm thick steel plates, supported by square steel tubes;

2. The main machine adopts a 2.9KW Inovance servo motor for single-station winding;

3. Traction and slitting are driven by a 2.9KW Inovance servo motor;

4. Equipped with 5 sets of pneumatic knife slitting devices; the lower knife uses an integral bearing steel roller (Amada cutter AMD-A90);

5. The Hot Melt Glue Spray Laminating Machine is mainly assembled by steel plates, square steels and channel steels;

6. Equipped with a waste blowing system (including a 3.7KW blower).

Winding & Unwinding Section

1. Unwinding adopts motor-driven traction for feeding, with a load capacity of 1000kg ；

2. Unwinding shafts use two 3-inch key-type air expansion shafts, suitable for paper tubes with an inner diameter of 76mm ；

3. 2 sets of unwinding devices (both equipped with photoelectric automatic deviation correction function-Yupeng ).

4. 2 sets of unwinding devices adopt 1.8KW servo motors- Inovance.

5. Winding adopts 2.9KW servo motor （ Inovance ） for single-station winding.

6. Winding uses a 3-inch slat air expansion shaft.

Glue Spraying Laminating Section

1. Equipped with an adjusting support frame for the glue spraying and coating die head (adjustable up, down, front and back with an adjustment range of 15cm).

2. Laminating section: φ240mm chrome-plated heating roller--1 pcs,  φ220mm silicone rubber roller--1 piece ；

3. Transmission rollers: Composed of several φ80mm aluminum guide rollers.
