The traditional hot melt adhesive coating is installed on a special heated throat. The melt is cast onto the coating gun through the heating of the melt cylinder and the pressure of the gear pump. The gun body valve needle completes the work of the coating gun through air opening, spring closing, or air opening and air closing. Due to the thermal expansion of the hot melt adhesive and the pressure of the gear pump, the air opening, spring closing, air opening and air closing will cause tailing and wire drawing in the coating nozzle during operation, making it more difficult to control the residual glue in the coating nozzle casting path. In addition, once the coating width of the coating nozzle is increased, it is difficult for traditional coating guns to control the casting of hot melt adhesive, and it may even cause glue dripping and overflow. This will affect production efficiency and increase production costs.
