Then, calibrate the valve stem stroke to ensure that the glue output error is within ±0.1ml per cycle. Weak bonds are usually caused by abnormal temperatures. If the bonding strength of the hot melt adhesive machine decreases, check if there is carbon buildup on the heating module, clean it with a special scraper, and adjust the temperature to 180-200℃ (depending on the type of adhesive). On the cold adhesive machine, this might be due to insufficient mixing of the adhesive liquid. Disassemble the stirring blades, remove the residual adhesive clusters on the inner walls, and ensure the rotational speed is stable at 300 revolutions per minute.

If the feed track is stuck, check whether the guide wheel bearings are worn and replace them with bearings of grade P6. Use lithium-based grease.
