1. Foaming process: After the hot melt adhesive is melted, it is mixed with inert gas or air and then output to the glue gun. After the glue gun circulates outside, it flows back to the melting cylinder and re-enters the gear pump. The foaming rate is adjusted by nitrogen or air. The foaming efficiency of special foaming adhesive is up to 55%. It can save 30-50% glue (depending on the glue model). It makes the glue softer and does not break, and the product has better sealing, similar to a sponge. The main engine is driven by servo. The machine is mainly used for air purification filter elements, household appliances and electronic foaming sealing filling.
2. The whole machine is controlled by PLC touch screen and servo driven for high-speed foaming. The temperature servo foaming drive and pressure foaming gas flow are controlled by split screen, which is easy to operate.
a. Foaming of hot melt adhesive increases the open time, and the adhesive application is more flexible and effective.
b. After foaming, the colloid becomes a white sponge, and the increase in the volume of the adhesive makes the bonding area larger and stronger.
C. The adhesive is applied into a foam sponge, which can fill large gaps in the product.
d. The thermal density of the colloid after foaming is low, which improves the safety of the operator.
e. When foaming and sealing, the colloid will not flow, and the uniformity of the colloid size is achieved.
f. The foaming efficiency of hot melt adhesive is between 35-55%, saving about 30-50% of the glue.
