Equipped with steel and silicone composite rollers and multi-group tension control systems, it ensures stable and flat material conveying. Matched with the XD-Z100L hot melt adhesive machine, the whole system realizes precise and stable hot melt coating processing for flexible materials.

The supporting XD-Z100L hot melt adhesive machine adopts 6-channel PLC intelligent constant temperature control to avoid glue carbonization and uneven glue output. The glue gun supports 0–300mm width adjustment, and the 320mm high-temperature alloy coating head (60° hardness) supports accurate 10–30g/㎡ coating weight adjustment to meet diverse process requirements.

The machine adopts variable-frequency speed regulation and PLC synchronous glue pump control to ensure coordinated operation. The maximum running speed is 50m/min. Equipped with an independent cooling system, 350mm roller width and 600mm maximum unwinding diameter, it adapts to conventional hook-and-loop fastener production specifications.
