
The XD-GY1600mm Sound-Insulating Foam Laminating Machine provided by Jundingda manufacturer is targeted at the composite forming demand of sound insulation foam and non-woven fabric materials. Different from single-layer lamination equipment, this model supports synchronous compounding of two layers of non-woven fabric and one layer of sound insulation foam, realizing integrated molding of three-layer composite materials. The whole production process is fully automated without manual intermediate handling, effectively improving the flatness and bonding consistency of finished sound insulation materials.
The equipment is equipped with an upgraded dual-pump hot melt glue system with 4 independent glue supply and reflux channels, which solves the problems of uneven local gluing and material degumming in traditional composite machines. With dual upper and lower heating design, it ensures stable melting and uniform penetration of hot melt adhesive. Matched with precision pressing rollers, pneumatic slitting knives and automatic cross-cutting device, the machine can automatically cut and roll materials according to set length standards, with neat finished edge trimming and stable material tension.
Dual-pump design
The equipment adopts a standard three-layer composite forming process: The first roll of non-woven fabric is sprayed with hot melt glue and transported via transition wheels to bond with sound insulation foam material. After auxiliary pressing and shaping, it is compounded with the second roll of glued non-woven fabric. The integrated three-layer material is conveyed by the second conveyor belt for precision pressing, fixed-size slitting and fixed-length cross-cutting. Finally, finished products are rolled up through the single-arm surface friction rewinding system. The machine automatically completes cross-cutting and discharging once the set material length is reached, realizing fully closed-loop automatic production.

Stable 4-Channel Independent Glue Supply: Dual-pump hot melt glue configuration with 4 independent glue supply and reflux loops realizes circulating glue supply, effectively avoiding glue accumulation, blockage and uneven gluing, ensuring consistent adhesive coverage on sound insulation foam and non-woven fabrics.
4-channel adhesive supply
Precision Three-Layer Integrated Composite: Realizes synchronous lamination of double-sided non-woven fabrics and intermediate sound insulation foam. The dual heating structure ensures full adhesive curing, improving composite fastness and avoiding degumming and layering of finished materials.
Top and bottom heating
Supports customized setting of finished material length. The electric cross-cutting device automatically cuts materials in fixed sizes, and the frequency-conversion linked rewinding system maintains stable tension for neat and uniform finished rolls.
Multiple sets of pneumatic slitting knives cooperate with bearing steel hard rollers to achieve smooth trimming without burrs, meeting the size precision requirements of finished sound insulation materials.
Designed with a maximum production speed of 20m/min. The running speed can be adjusted freely according to raw material characteristics and production output demands, adapting to flexible production of different batches.
